Those activities that keep both the body as well as mind fit fall in the category of fitness and exercises. In fact, regular physical activities generally tend to prevent chronic diseases, thereby bringing a good change towards mental health and good well-being of people.
So towards this end, within this article, we will explain how there is a need for fitness as well as exercise and provide guidelines through which more physical activity would be incorporated into our daily life.

3. _Psychological Well-being_: In case of active sports, endorphins are released; an endorphin can help decrease conditions brought by stress, and even helps in milder conditions like anxiety and depression.
4. _Development of mental strength and flexibility_: Exercises maintain and develop muscle strength and flexibility.
5. _Quality and Duration Sleep_: It enhances the quality of sleep and duration also
