It enables a person with infinite hours for play, plays interaction with friends, and physical exercise also. Along with, there are such floods of impacts produced by outdoor games that one gets lost in looking for them in between. Well, the fact about how such games affect mental health in humankind is evident through literature abundant facts.

They lower Stress and Anxiety levels:
Outdoor games offer a healthy distraction that takes us out of the stress of life because they let us unplug and recharge.

The level of cortisol, blood pressure, and heart rate-all signs of stress-have reduced due to being outdoors. Physical activity associated with outdoor games has also proved to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.
