Sleep is quite an important aspect in life:
Especially concerning mental health.
The time when the body regenerates itself- old cells die and new cells are formed formation of bones and muscles and a little boost is given to the immune system.
If a word were to be invented these days, it would be something on the lines of sleep disruptions most people face sleep. Less sleep could literally drain energy from all walks of life and bring about low productivity; all that befalls them in life is rather clinical from thereon.
The topic of this paper is healthy sleep and its measure.
Importance Of Sleep:
Physical health:
Maintenance of physical health, repairing and regenerating cells; development of bones and muscles; reinforcement of the immune system.
Mental health:
Managing the emotions to some extent and dampening the levels of stress and anxiety and hence improving one’s mood.
Cognitive Function:
Attention, memory, and thought therein.
