A Set of Simple Steps to Follow
To be in action-with achievement-almost qualifies as any parameter for living.
With some parameters defining efforts toward quality of living, such as physical and mental wellness, relationships, and self-actualization, some of these may take away from being defined as a quality-of-life strategy.
Allow me to put in a brief way-these strategies go one punch for the money that one might ever spend in terms of quality-life enhancement:
Physical:
1.Regular Exercise:
Be active for 30 minutes a day at least-walking, cycling, or swimming.
2.Diet:
Focus on whole foods, or basically, anything unprocessed-fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats.
3.Sleep:
For seven to nine hours, feel light all over and tingly fresh.
