An option to recognize that a person has strengths and talents without really looking through some pummeling view of oneself with respect to one’s weaknesses.

Lesser Anxiety and Stress: Self-acceptance brings down one’s level of anxiety and stress inasmuch as one does not continually complain about having made a miserable failure.

Solid Relationships:

So self-acceptance would become that foundation on which to build any 'solid' friendships and relationships with no unrealistic expectations.
