Don’t compare yourself with others:
It identifies the attributes leading to impediments as well as positive achievements.
Self-acceptance:
The Uniqueness-Honoring: Acceptance by oneself means respecting as well as appreciating that particular uniqueness and that one’s standards rather than simply going along with those of someone else.
Acknowledgment of Strengths:
An option to recognize that a person has strengths and talents without really looking through some pummeling view of oneself with respect to one’s weaknesses.
Lesser Anxiety and Stress: Self-acceptance brings down one’s level of anxiety and stress inasmuch as one does not continually complain about having made a miserable failure.
when one could not perform to an unreasonable standard otherwise even though he might have one.
Solid Relationships:
So self-acceptance would become that foundation on which to build any 'solid' friendships and relationships with no unrealistic expectations.
