A self-building fasting:
fasting during a month wherein Muslims and non-Muslims can perform fasting.
Among the five pillars of Islam, fasting means abstaining from everything including food and drink from dawn until dusk for all the subdivisions of days in that month.
This long fasting challenge must be very immense because with it comes comfort retention for the body in a spiritually and emotionally enhanced state of well-being.
Health wise, the good effects of fasting are given quite a long time remembering in the entire month of Ramadan.
